| My Name is Joel Z. I attended school with Scotty in Knoxville, TN. He always had a sense of duty, effort, compassion and loyalty. There is so much to say, but I would like to express me deepest condolensces to the family of Scotty. I thank his effort to make our country safe, and I am forever endebted for his effort and ultimate sacrifice. God Bless the Kinzer Family and give them comfort for the rest of their lives.
